Collaborating with Nate on numerous residential projects, I’ve honed my skills in conducting blower door tests and implementing traditional air sealing methods. Nate Sereda
As a seasoned Energy Efficiency Consultant and co-owner of Kootenay Air Seal, I bring over 15 years of experience as a licensed Energy Advisor certified by Natural Resources Canada. My expertise lies in conducting thorough energy assessments for over 1000 homes, with a particular emphasis on achieving and surpassing air tightness targets. Through meticulous Blower Door Testing and utilization of diverse air leakage diagnostic tools, I’ve collaborated with both home builders and owners to enhance their structures’ air tightness. By employing advanced energy modeling techniques, I pinpoint areas of heat loss and gain attributed to air leakage, offering tailored solutions to effectively seal these leaks.
